Documents are shared through our secure workflow system and, after engagement, through our Docketwise client portal for organized, secure document management.

The first attorney meeting will help identify any missing documents. In the meantime, the document readiness section of our intake form allows you to note what you have and what you still need to gather.

Pricing & Fees

No. Government filing fees (such as USCIS fees) are separate from our legal fees and are the client's direct responsibility. We will provide you with a list of applicable fees for your specific petition.

Each additional I-130 petition beyond the primary one is billed at an additional $500 per petition.

Expedited processing (+$500) prioritizes your case internally within our firm for faster processing. It does not affect USCIS processing times or government processing.

Payment information is collected through this site and processed manually by our office. No automatic payment charge occurs from this website. Our office will contact you to finalize payment arrangements.

Process & Timeline

Formal representation begins only after the first attorney meeting, where document adequacy is confirmed. Until that meeting occurs and an engagement letter is signed, no formal attorney-client relationship is established.

The first meeting is a 15-minute Zoom or phone call. The attorney reviews the documents you've submitted, identifies any gaps, confirms whether your case is ready to proceed, and answers your questions.

We guarantee filing within two weeks after receiving all required client documents. Delays caused by incomplete submissions are excluded from this guarantee.

Once you submit, our team reviews your form and sends a confirmation. You'll receive next-steps instructions within one business day, including how to upload documents and schedule your first attorney meeting.
